I’ve planned and managed private and corporate events in New Mexico for over 15 years, and I love to share this wonderful place with guests.

From charity fundraising events to corporate due diligence conferences, company picnics to holiday parties, and weddings to anniversary celebrations, I’ve created many memorable events and built a strong network (and discovered many hidden gems) to support every kind of gathering imaginable.

About me

I grew up in Houston, Texas, where I began my career in advertising and marketing and managed numerous events for retail, B2B, and nonprofit clients, as well as private events for friends. When I moved to Santa Fe, I managed marketing and events for several local organizations, then spent 11 years as a full-time meeting and events director with a local firm in the financial services industry.

I started Jan Stewart Events so that I could share my expertise with those who appreciate all that Santa Fe and New Mexico have to offer and want to share it with their family, friends, and colleagues. But I have created events in other cities across the country and work outside of New Mexico as well.

In addition to corporate events and meetings of every variety, I’ve planned weddings, graduations, fundraising galas, anniversary celebrations, cowboy-style cookouts, wine tastings, picnics, casino parties, and just about any other type of gathering you can imagine. I hope you’ll reach out when you’re ready to plan your next group outing, meeting, conference or special celebration.

Although I specialize in Santa Fe and New Mexico, I’m happy to plan events in other cities too, just ask!
